Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups Vitafiber (online)
-3 Cups Vanilla Protein Powder (Thorne or Earth Fed Muscle)
-1/4 cup Bake Believe No Sugar Added Chocolate Chips (Walmart)
Heat Vitafiber on medium heat, combine all ingredients and press into baking sheet. Keep refridgerated.
Protein powders vary in consistency so you may have to adjust amount of Vitafiber.
If mixture is too moist & sticky, add more protein powder. If mixture is slightly dry, scatter a couple drops of water & mix in well.
