Adult Group Fitness 

Build lean muscle, burn more fat, and gain confidence and enjoyment in the gym with a COMMUNITY of like-minded people. Our adult group fitness program, "Build & Sweat," includes various programming options for all skill levels and goals. 

Adult Semi Private Training

In a semi-private training setting, coaches can tailor a program that meets your needs and covers endurance, mobility, strength, nutrition, and more! Inquire today to see if spots are available!

6 Week Transformation Program

Our 6-Week Transformation Program is the GRAND SLAM of our services - The goal during this program is to kickstart your health and fitness journey with a 1:1 goal setting session, custom nutrition plan, accountability, workouts, and more! 

Visitor Day Pass

Our day pass for visitors can be purchased online or in person during standard business hours

Monday-Friday (9:00am-6:30pm) and includes 1 adult “Build + Sweat” class and/or use of the recovery room during standard business hours. In order to purchase a Day Pass, a New Client Contract & Waiver Form must be filled out and signed along with Recovery Room Waiver & Childcare Waiver.
