HOW TO EAT MEAT

All the ways to use pre cooked meats:


Whether you’re using precooked meats from Just Meats, or cooking up your meat for meal prep as soon as you get home from the grocery store, there are so many options for delicious ways to make it a meal!


Add to an omelet: Mix meat with veggies & cheese in your omelet.


Add to salad: Combine meat with Greek yogurt, celery, & seasonings for a protein-packed salad. EXAMPLE: Tuna salad Greek yogurt.


Quesadillas: Fill tortillas with meat, cheese, & veggies then grill. Top with Greek yogurt (as sour cream) and some avocado slices.


Tacos: Need I say more?! Meat, lettuce, cheese, & pico. Use a tortilla or taco shell or just use the lettuce and make taco lettuce cups.


Rice/sushi bowls: Combine meat with veggies, black beans, rice,  & herbs, or throw your favorite sushi combos in a bowl with rice.


Egg stir fry: Add meat to scrambled eggs or egg whites, veggies, & herbs.


Potatoes: Bake up some potatoes and top with a generous amount of meat and other toppings if desired.


Enjoy being creative with combinations, and enjoy the food you eat!
