DREAMY COTTAGE CHEESE

You don’t like cottage cheese?! Well, you’ve never had it like this!


A simple high protein snack a little on the sweet side.


-A serving (or more, or less) of no fat or low fat cottage cheese

-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I prefer Earth Fed Muscle for this)

-Drizzle with canned coconut milk (full fat or other) You may also prefer to add a little water if needed to mix in the protein. Other milk alternatives or A2 grass fed milk will work for this as well, I just love the good fat in canned coconut milk as well as the flavor.

-Top with fresh organic strawberries, or frozen blueberries, or fruit of your choice.

Add nuts or seeds as desired.


Now try and say you don’t like cottage cheese! …But if you don’t, that’s ok, too. You’re a big Kid :) -Coach Tish
