Check out this quick tutorial on how you can track your weights by logging them in the Enzo Training App. And trust me, if I can figure this out, ANYONE can figure this out! 😳 In fact, if I’m being honest, creating this tutorial is the first time I’ve actually ever done it 😬🤣 You see, I’m a good ol’ fashioned pen (actually pencil) and paper gal, or I just tend to remember because, well let’s face it, it’s not my first rodeo. If you want to log your workouts the old fashioned way, we’ve got some beautiful Enzo journals for purchase 😁💁
But the Enzo Training App is an awesome tool and literally right at your fingertips. And as you know from last week’s tutorial, you need to be adding up your weight and knowing what you’re lifting in order to progress.
Quick tip:
When imputing barbell weight, enter in the total as demonstrated last week (bar + plates).
When imputing dumbbell weight, enter just one dumbbell (do not add dumbbells together if using two for a movement).
