Cream of Fruit

Cream of Fruit Recipe: 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (Wyman’s is my fav), or blueberries, or any fruit you like- think chocolate cherry or vanilla blueberry.


Add a splash of water (3-5 TB), a scoop of your favorite protein powder, and 70g of greek yogurt.


Stir together -not blended- leaving the fruit in its most natural state which will encourage chewing, and because it’s so creamy and delicious and whole!
