Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Egg
1 Tsp baking soda
Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or Kodiak Pancake mix to thicken
How to:
Mash Banana into a bowl, stir in 1 egg and baking soda. Optional: Add protein powder or Kodiak Pancake mix for added protein or thickness. Cook at 275 on stove top until brown & crispy on the outside. **Note: your batter WILL be runny to begin with....it's ok. Also, your pancakes WILL NOT be fluffy like a traditional pancake mix...also, OK! These are meant to be dense & moist.
