SOOOOOO CREAMY! SOOOOOO EASY!

Protein Coconut Rice


-A serving of cooked rice of your choice (my favorite right now is Basmati)

-1 scoop of vanilla protein (I prefer Earth Fed Muscle; other flavors taste great as well)

-Drizzle of canned full fat (or otherwise) canned coconut milk. You may also prefer to add a little water if needed to mix in the protein. Other milk alternatives, or A2 grass fed milk will work for this as well, I just love the good fat in canned coconut milk as well as the flavor- hints the name “Protein Coconut Rice”


Top with fresh or frozen fruit of your choice if desired! I LOVE this with strawberries!
