This program is for high school and college athletes only. The goal of our program is to build well rounded athletes that are resilient in the weight room and on the field/ court. By combining training, nutrition, biomechanics, and more we can ensure optimal performance for pre-season, in season and off season athletes of ANY sport.   Athletes will complete a series of evaluations to determine which one of the 3 different programs within this class best fits their needs.


As we continue to grow this program and sell out year after year, athletes must register for a specific time slot during the summer as spots are limited. This class is held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8am, 10am, 5:30pm.

Refunds will not be given.

Youth Athletic Development Summer Camp

This program allows athletes in 1st - 8th grade to start developing proper movement patterns that are required of sports and in the weight room. Always starting with a solid understanding of what unloaded movements should look and feel like before adding additional load. One of our main goals in this program is to introduce a fun environment for kids to start their training. “Play” is the main theme in this class, we want kids to explore movements in as many ways as possible.


Class is determined by grade level as of 2024 Fall School year. 

1st & 2nd Grade: Mondays 3:45-4:30pm

3rd & 4th Grade: Wednesdays 3:45pm-4:30pm

5th & 6th Grade: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am OR 3:00pm

7th & 8th Grade: Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am OR 3:45pm

Summer session begins the  week of Tuesday, May 28th!
