Youth Athletic Development (1st-8th Grade)

NEW!  1st & 2nd Grade: (1x/week) Mondays @ 3:45-4:30pm

NEW!  3rd & 4th Grade: (1x/week) Wednesdays @ 3:45-4:30pm

5th & 6th Grade: (2x/week) Tuesday AND Thursday at 10:00am or 3:00pm SOLD OUT

7th & 8th Grade: (2x/week) Tuesday AND Thursday at 3:45pm SOLD OUT

 

Advanced Sports Performance

High School & College Athletes (3x week) Mon, Wed, and Fri at 8am, 10am, or 5:30pm SOLD OUT
